September Update - Portal Improvements!

Now you can Pin Favorite Portals, add Terms & Conditions for your Guests, and Link a Portal to any URL!

Favorite Portals: Keep your most frequently used portals pinned at the top!

Stop searching for the same ole portal each time you login. That portal list can get quite long after awhile, if you have a few portals you find yourself navigating to over and over simply tap that NEW star next to it. Every time you log in that favorited portal will be at the top of your list!

.URL Support - Webpage bookmarks within your portals!

Zapa Portals can now link you to any webpage directly from a portal.

Simply select a web address in your favorite browser, drag and drop it onto your desktop.

Now you have a bookmark (.URL file) to upload to any Zapa Portal!

These links conveniently open a new tab within your browser.

Quick Navigation in File Preview Mode

File preview is now even better with quick navigation arrows. Allowing you to preview files more effectively!

 

Team Members: Search and Remove Members

This September Update includes improvements for our administrators within the Team Member Settings. We have introduced a search panel allowing you to filter members via email address or name.

In addition to the member search bar, the ability to completely remove a team member from an organization has been reenabled.

Terms & Conditions: Prompt guests to accept a custom Terms Agreement before using their Portal.

Based off of your valuable feedback, we have added the ability to require each guest to click “I Agree” to YOUR terms and conditions before they can access their portal.

This agreement text can be customized in the settings menu under preferences to include language of your choosing. Guests are prompted once upon visiting their portal for the first time.
