My business is large can Zapa support it?
Answer:
Absolutely, Zapa was built with scalability in the front of our minds. We didn’t want someone to use the product for a year and get so much data or clients in the system that it begins to slow down and have a negative experience for you or your clients.
Question:
If I upload a file to a portal will my client know?
Answer:
On each portal you can enable notifications for clients you have invited to that portal, or yourself. Upload and Download are separate, so if you enable upload notifications for example your client will get an email stating that a file has been uploaded to that portal(once every 30 minutes).

Does Zapa charge me for each Employee?
Answer:
We DO NOT, we noticed that competitors charge per business seat. We wanted to remove that barrier, you can create as many team members for your business as you want! And your clients of course pay nothing!

Can I upload my business logo?
Answer:
100%. When you are in the market of dealing with businesses and their clients it’s essential you allow branding to happen. When you upload a logo it will appear in invitation emails (which can be customized!), notification emails, login page and of course within the application. Take a look at our features page to see an example!
Question:
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Answer:
Yes, you may cancel whenever you want there is no contract or set amount of time you have to subscribe for. You can cancel at anytime and you will have full access to the system until the next billing period begins.
